Please note that we reserve the right to deny a refund if the items/goods do not meet our Exchange & Return policy guidelines. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the returned item(s) must comply with the following Return policy:


You will NOT be eligible for an exchange or refund if any of the following applies:

i) The returned goods are not faulty or damaged and match the description displayed on our website and your order.

ii) The goods are not returned following our exchange & return policy.

iii) The goods are not returned within the stipulated time period. In such cases, the goods will be sent back to you at your cost.


EXCHANGE/RETURN

OPTION A: RETURN VIA DROP-OFF AT Carliadora HQ

The most straightforward way to return your purchased item(s) online is by dropping them off at Carliadora HQ. View the locations here. Follow these steps for your exchange:

i) DM us on Instagram or Facebook.

ii) Provide the reason for the exchange along with a photo of proof.

iii) Share your information: Name, Order No., Email, & Mobile Number.

iv) Select a date and time for the arrangement.

v) Drop off the parcel at our HQ and pickup exchange the item(s) with the same price amount (subject to availability). If the new item is priced higher, you will need to pay the difference; if it is lower, the balance amount will be reflected as a cash voucher in your customer account on our website.


OPTION B: RETURN VIA COURIER

Alternatively, you can return the item(s) via a courier of your choice to Carliadora HQ. Ship the item(s) to:

Follow these steps for your exchange:

i) DM us on Instagram or Facebook.

ii) Provide the reason for the exchange along with a photo of proof.

iii) Share your information: Name, Order No., Email, & Mobile Number.

iv) Send us the tracking number of the shipping item(s).

You can only exchange item(s) with the same price amount (subject to availability). We will ship the exchange item(s) only after receiving your parcel. If the new item is priced higher, you will need to pay the difference amount; if it is lower, a cash voucher refund will be reflected in your customer account on our website.


REFUND

We will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be made to your customer account on our website if the returned item(s) meet the Return Policy requirements above. Please note that our customer care center may contact you for additional information. If there is a delay in reply, refunds might take longer than 3 business days. Exchange is only allowed for the same item. If the item is out of stock, you can choose a different available online item for exchange. If the new item is priced higher, you will need to pay the difference amount; if it is lower, a cash voucher refund will be reflected in your customer account on our website.
